MANDATES
The Provincial General Services Office is responsible in the administration of general services, which include among others, the management of supply, property, solid waste, building maintenance, general sanitation and janitorial services, archives and records management, security and protection of people and properties.

Safeguard government resources through compliance of full disclosure policy.

ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOMES
1. Effective inventory control;
2. Effective management on acquisition, utilization and disposal of supplies and properties;
3. Maintenance of facilities and;
4. Safety and security.
