MANDATES
Develop plans and strategies, deliver administrative support services, establish a sound personnel program, and implement management, administration-related, and specialized programs and projects in the field of sports, livelihood and manpower, information technology, tourism, and investment that would greatly benefit individuals from all walks of life in Davao del Norte.
SECTORAL OUTCOMES
-Improved Service Delivery through an efficient and gender sensitive and responsive local governance;
-Established sports organization for different sectors like Women, Lumads, Muslims, Persons with Disabilities and Out of School Youths;
-Increased economic activity of Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs;
-Speedy and efficient administrative services delivery through the use of information technology system;
-Pride and Stewardship of place, safeguarded identity, and heritage and social cohesiveness.
