“Aside from providing a venue for the exchange of culture and destinations among the BIMP, the expo will provide a great opportunity for our local tourism industry and entrepreneurs to market their products within the country as well as to EAGA member countries,” Daquioag said.
He added that the event will further offer possibilities for local entrepreneurs to explore the huge global market for products and services in the halal industry.
The exhibit will feature talks of ambassadors and consul generals, travel and tourism presentations, live cultural performances, halal cooking demonstrations, agri-tourism and community-based eco-tourism workshops and a lot more.
