DTI-Davao del Norte, in partnership with ACDI-VOCA PhilCAFE Project, LGU Davao del Norte and LGU Talaingod, just concluded today its two-day Seminar on Continuous Quality Improvement Standards for Green Coffee Beans at Cliff's Cafe, Balimba Hills, Talaingod, Davao del Norte. This is to benefit the coffee farmer-members of Talaingod Coffee Growers Association (TACOGA) who accepted and shared such a goal.

Mr Jun Ramirez of ACDI-VOCA provided generous lectures and hands-on activities for the production and harvesting/post-harvesting practices. Inspirational messages were given by Talaingod Mayor Jonnie Libayao, PD Romeo Castanaga, and in behalf of Gov. Edwin Jubahib, messages of support were given by Asst. Administrator Hazel Crizaldo Zafra and PPDC Nelson Plata, and with the support of PAGRO, DNIPC and PICKMO for its coverage. Big thanks Administrator Cliff Libayao, MAO Elmer Azucena, Dexter and their team, and of course, President Boni Obongen and the Officers/members of TACOGA for accepting the challenge.
