“My question is, if there are changes . . . is it possible for the RDC to convene the Board and adopt the revised AIPs of provinces that are still currently reviewing the 2017 AIPs?” pangutana ni Davao del Norte Gobernador Anthony del Rosario sanglit ang isumiter nga Annual Investment Plan alang sa tuig 2017 gihimo sa iyang gisundan nga gobernador.

“Usually the national budget is approved towards the end of the year sometime on October, November. So I believe Madam Chair that there is no specification time and I do not see any reason why the RDC could not re-convene a special meeting in order to approve revised AIPs,” padayong saysay sa first time gobernador.

Gisugyot sab ni Gob del Rosario nga magtagana ang Secretariat ug listahan kung pila ka porsiyento ang nakuha nga pondo sa ubang mga Regional Development Councils sanglit ang mga programa ug proyekto nga giduso sa RDC XI, 50% lang ang napondohan.
“You made mention that only about 50% of total RDC XI endorsed proposals are funded at the average six years period mentioned 2011-2016. I’m just wandering Madam Chair if the RDC has data with regards to the other regions throughout the country . . . because to me it sounds low and I don’t know if it is low compared to the other regions. And I want to see if it is really low and what is the lowest because that would be something that our respective congressmen be aware of during the budget hearings so that they can push for bigger percentage,” laing sugyot ni Gob AGR nga giuyonan dayon sa katibuk-an.
