Sanglit ang buhis mao ang “dugo” sa gobyerno aron maimplementar ang mga programa ug proyekto para sa publiko, atol sa panagtapok sa Provincial, City, Municipal Treasurers ug Assessors, gipasalig ni Kuya Gov ang tinud-anay’ng suporta sa iyang administrasyon sa revenue collection program ingong “gasa” ngadto sa nagsunod nga mga kaliwatan.
