Sa mensahe ni Governor Edwin “Kuya Gov” Jubahib nga gibasa ni Provincial Administrator Engr. Josie Jean Rabanoz, iyang gipaabot ang dakong pasalamat sa mga nahimo sa mga retirado, sa ilang gigahin nga panahon sa paghatag serbisyo ug gidalang positibong kausaban dili lamang sa ilang mga opisina kalakip sa kinatibuk-an sa probinsya. Sulod sa pipila ka dekada nahimo silang kabahin sa kalamboan.
“Thank you very much for your invaluable support to the provincial government and for the distinct honour of working with you under my administration. We look forward for the opportunity to catch up with you again soon. And, before I end my message, allow me to leave you this quote to inspire you. “Retirement, the sweet reward for a lifetime of hard work and dedication. Retirement is not the end of work. It is the beginning of a new adventure. Retirement is the time to enjoy the little things that life has to offer. Retirement is the opportunity to live life on your own terms. Retirement is the chance to discover a new purpose and find fulfilment in the things that truly matter to you,” sigon ni PA Rabanoz.

“Dako gyud kaayo ko’g kalipay. Nalipay kaayo ko nga at least ni-retire nako sa ingon ani nga edad. Pasalamat gyud ko sa Ginoo nga gihatagan pud ko Niya og maayong panlawas, taas nga kinabuhi nga kauban nako ang akong pamilya, akong anak, akong mga igsoon. Nagpasalamat pud ko sa provincial government kay dako kaayo siyang gikatabang sa akoang pamilya, sa amoa, sa akong anak nga napahuman nako siya pagpaeskwela. Salamat kaayo Gov sa kaayo nimo, sa pagkabuotan, sa mga support nga gipanghatag nimo kanamo nga mga employee dinhi sa provincial government,” pagpasibaw ni Saytas.
Nadawat sa mga retirees ang mga pahalipay gikan sa probinsyal nga panggamhanan, sama sa service plaque ug service ring nga nakakulit ang logo sa kapitolyo.
