Malampuson ang gipahigayong pag-abli sa Child Labor-Free Billboard sa Robinson’s Place, nga nahimutang sa National Highway, Tagum City, niadtong Hunyo 17, 2023.

Gipangunahan kini sa Child Fund Philippines sa pakigtambayayong sa Department of Labor ang Employment (DOLE), Kaanib Foundation, Inc. ug Provincial Government of Davao del Norte.

Sumala ni Anand Vishwakarma ang Country Director sa Child Fund Philippines nga ang pag-abli sa maong billboard naghatag kini’g kahayag sa mga isyu kabahin sa child labor. Iyang gipasalamatan si Governor Edwin “Kuya Gov” Jubahib gumikan sa makanunayong suporta sa ilang mga kalihokan.

“I was able to meet the governor himself and learned about his vision and mission. I was so impressed. I said that we certainly have to do something. We have to move everything if we want to do more in this particular area because there are people who are, who have a vision, who are really open about what they are going to do and they want to bring meaningful changes in the society,” matud ni Vishwakarma.

Sa mensahe ni Governor Edwin “Kuya Gov” Jubahib pinaagi sa iyang Executive Assistant IV Anselmo Junio iyang gipasalamatan ang mga nagpasiugda sa maong kalihokan. Nanaad kini sa hugtanong suporta sa probinsyal nga panggamhanan sa tanang kalihokan aron matuldokan ang problema sa child labor dinhi sa probinsya.

“The Provincial Government of Davao del Norte stands united with the Department of Labor and Employment, Child Fund Philippines, Kaanib Foundation, Inc., and other partner agencies in fighting this problem that carries the great potential of reloading the moral foundation of our society. We, the provincial government, shall continue to pursue comprehensive solution to our existing socio-economic problems and provide more programs to help obliviate our poor families from the brand of poverty,” sigon ni Kuya Gov pinaagi ni Ex.
