Gitambongan gayod ni CSC Chairperson Alicia de la Rosa-Bala ang pag turn-over nga mapasalamaton kaayo sa probinsyal nga kagamhanan sa Davao del Norte ilabina nga gipahimutang ra sab kini sulod mismo sa compound sa Kapitolyo.
“I’ve been going around the country and seen too many and I’m very happy that the office in Davao del Norte is within the compound of the provincial government. So we really belong to the province, and that is Davao del Norte,” pahayag ni CSC chairperson Alicia de la Rosa-Bala.
Midugang ang chairperson nga ang Field Office building nga duha ka hugna gipondohan sa Komisyon, gitabangan sa probinsya pinaagi sa pagdumala niini sa konstruksyon. Gipanindot ang main building ug gihimo ang extension nga dungan giturn-over niadtong Myerkoles aron bug-os gamiton sa taga CSC.
“This building is a testimony of your shown conviction that became a reality thru concerted actions of both the provincial government of Davao del Norte and the Civil Service Commission Regional Office XI,” pag-ila ni de la Rosa-Bala sa tabang gikan sa probinsyal nga kagamhanan.
Iyang gipasalig nga ang bag-ong human nga field office bilding dili lang puy-anan sa taga CSC kundili puy-anan usab kini sa mga trabahante sa gobyerno.
“Our field office is your home, not just the home of the commission. This is our home, public servants. This is the place where you can go to seek consultations, technical assistance or just become the listening cause of your concerns when it comes to human resource,” pasabot sa hepe sa Civil Service Commission.
Sa bahin sa probinsyal nga kagamhanan, gipaabot ni Provincial Administrator Samson Sanchez ang bug-os suporta sa administrasyon ni Gobernador Anthony del Rosario sa taga CSC dili lang sa paghimo sa bilding lakip na ang pagsangkap sa mga empleyado sa kinahanglanong katakos.
Iyang gipahibalo ang paghimo sa kanhi Bulwagan ng Lalawigan ngadto sa klasehanan sa Davao del Norte Learning Institute (DNLI) aron mapakusog pa sa mga empleyado ang ilang paghatod sa serbisyo publiko.
“It’s actually the Bulwagan ng Lalawigan converted into classrooms. We have the Davao del Norte Learning Institute tied up with the DNSC. Basically, the objective of that is to capacitate our public servants of Davao del Norte. So I might recommend to the Governor that we will call this as a “human capacity development compound” because of Civil Service extension,” pahibalo ni administrador Sanchez nga gikalipay pag-ayo sa taga Civil Service.
