“He made mention that there seems to be a resurgent of drugs pointed at our national penitentiary being the source of its resurgence. We do not know if that includes DAPECOL, he just made mention in general,” pahayag sa PADAC chair atubangan sa mga miembro atol sa miting kagahapon, Myerkoles, Hulyo 19.

“But of course, whenever you hear there is an increase in the supply of drugs that would obviously mean that there’s also an increase in demand. . .  Of course we will continue to do this program so far as drug rehabilitation is concerned but I think we need to step-up our efforts with regards to drugs because ito talaga ang focus ng Presidente and we cannot sit idly. . Meron talaga, merong talagang resurgence of drugs,” dugang pahayag ni DavNor PADAC chair Gob del Rosario.
