ARON mahimong epektibo ug mapauswag ang paghatod ug serbisyo publiko, gihimo sa probinsyal nga kagamhanan pinaagi sa Davao del Norte Learning Institute (DNLI) kauban ang Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) ang 2-adlaw nga Public Administration Course alang sa bag-ong napili nga opisyales sa tibuok lalawigan nga gihimo kagahapon Hunyo 23 ug 24.
Gidayeg pag-ayo ni outgoing Governor Rodolfo del Rosario ang maong paningkamot nga alang sa maayong panggamhanan luyo sa iyang bug-os nga pagsalig sa katakos sa mga napiling opisyales.
“I am very well pleased that you have come because this speaks well of your commitment and willingness to enhance your leadership skills in improving delivery of public policy and service. I have since expressed my faith in the capacity of our new leaders to bring the province into greater stability, progress and growth. However, in order to attain the vision and goals of the incoming administration, our officials must be able to fully understand their role as public administrators,” matod sa gobernador sa iyang mensahe sa tanang partisipante.
Gipasiugda sab ni Gob del Rosario ang gikinahanglang katakos uban ang mapasiboon nga pagdumala tungod ug alang sa ilang mga ginsakpan.
“Local officials must be equipped with the right leadership skills in order to meet the challenges facing the LGUs’ rapid socio-economic development. They must be ready for the big change that is coming. They are bound to fail the people if they do not take on the challenge of performing their duties and responsibilities better,” dugang sa gobernador.
Nakasentro dayon ang atensyon sa mga partisipante alang sa unang topiko nga naghisgot sa “Innovating Local Governance” nga nagpasiugda sa gikinahanglang pagpasibo sa panggamhanan aron sa pagtubag sa gikinahanglan sa mga lumupyo nunot sa pagbag-o sa panahon ug ilabin ang paghatag katakos sa ilang mga ginsakpan. Niining pagsulat, ang topiko sa The Challenge of Federal Philippines: How can devolution strengthen the shift to Federalism mao ang gihisgutan diin nakatutok ang interes sa tanang partisipante.
