Ang Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) Regulation No. 2, Series 2018 sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) ilawom sa Office of the President nagbaod sa tanang Local Government Unit nga magtukod ug Balay Silangan alang sa misurender nga biktima sa illegal nga droga sa tumong nga mag-reporma kanila ngadto sa pagkahimong masinundanong miembro sa katilingban.
Based sa DDB Regulation nga gipagawas, actually mandated, the PDEA is tasked to supervise and the LGU to manage the facility including the trainings of the beneficiaries under the Dangerous Drugs Board, of course ang Republic Act 9165. . Required dili lang province including municipal level as long as makaya nila sa ilang budgetary capability. Atong gi-prioritize ang city ug province pero in the long run we’ll also include the different municipalities of Davao del Norte.
Once you violated the DDB regulations, you will be filed administratively and criminally under Section 62 of Republic Act 9165, there is an imprisonment and of course monetary fines. That’s why we really encourage all LGUs to help this program; bug-at, bug-at kay ang mo-file sa administrative ang DILG, ang mo-file sa criminal charges ang PDEA,” matod ni PDEA Agent Clodito Cañada nga nagbutyag sab nga ang IGaCoS ug LGU Davao del Norte pa lang ang dunay Bahay Silangan.
